Processing Times
Most in-stock and standard products are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
Custom orders, personalized items, and larger orders may require additional production time and can take up to 14 business days to complete before shipping.
Processing times may vary depending on:
- Order size and quantity
- Product customization requirements
- Seasonal demand and holiday volume
- Material availability
If an order is expected to take longer than the estimated processing time, I will contact you with an update.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information (when available).
Shipping times are determined by the selected carrier and are separate from processing times. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package has been shipped.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized items require additional design and production time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order to discuss availability and turnaround times.
Shipping Delays
While every effort is made to ship orders on time, I am not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond my control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges if replacement or reshipment is required.
